Deductions

If you have booked our half board, please note that we are unable to offer deductions for any unconsumed meals.

Have you booked your stay without our tried and tested half board? Not to worry! You’re free to decide daily which of our culinary offerings you’d like to indulge in. We charge €35.00 to €50.00 depending on the themed evening. Additionally, our bistro menu is available to order at any time.

Dress code

We ask our guests to dress appropriately at mealtimes for an enjoyable dining experience.

Check-in

Check-in at the Lifestyle Hotel Alpin starts at 2 p.m. Should you have made prior arrangements to arrive earlier, you’re invited to enjoy our breakfast buffet for an additional fee of €20.00 per person. We can safely store your luggage until your room is available. If you expect to arrive later than 6 p.m., please inform us in advance.

Additionally, we kindly request that you fill in the pre-check-in form sent to you prior to your arrival.

Check-out

Please vacate your room or suite by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Should you miss breakfast, we can arrange a packed lunch for you. If you would like a packed lunch in addition to breakfast, we charge €5.00 per person.

Options for late check-out include:

  • Without room: €25.00 per person
  • With room (subject to availability until 6 p.m.):    €50.00 per person

Dogs

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We charge €20.00 per day, food not included. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the relaxation room, the wellness area, or the green areas.

Food intolerances

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking. This ensures we can accommodate your dietary needs.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the room rate. It is payable on-site and is €3.80 per night for guests staying in the Alpin. Children under 14 are exempt from this tax.

Car park

The hotel’s car park is available to our guests at no extra cost. For those who prefer to park in our underground facility, a fee of €10.00 per day is applicable (subject to availability).

Travel cancellation insurance

Unexpected events can always happen before your trip begins. With our travel cancellation insurance, you are financially protected. 

In cases of delayed arrival, non-arrival, or early departure from a confirmed hotel booking, cancellation charges may be incurred. We recommend that you take out the following travel cancellation insurance so that any expenses incurred are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellations up to 2 months before the planned arrival are free of charge.
  • For cancellations from 2 months to 1 month before the planned arrival, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • For cancellations from 1 month to 1 week before the planned arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the agreed total price.
  • For cancellations from 1 week to 2 days before the planned arrival, 90% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • For cancellations from 2 days before the before the planned arrival, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.

Payment methods

You can pay the hotel bill in cash, by EC debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in advance by bank transfer, please ensure foreign transfers are made without charges). Please also note that cash payments of more than €4,999.99 are not permitted in Italy.
