On the day of arrival the room will be available at 2 p.m.; on the day of departure please vacate the room by 11 a.m.
We regret that we can only accept reservations based on the type of room and not on specific rooms or floors.

In the case of anticipated or delayed arrivals or cancellations (except in cases of travel insurance) the general conditions of the international hotel regulations will be applied.
Meals not consumed will not be reimbursed.
Dogs are allowed on request and a € 8,00 surcharge will be applied per day, without food. Please bring a basket or a blanket for dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room.
Bills can be paid in cash or with credit card (except American Express)
No charge for foreign bank transfers
Bookings will be considered valid only after written agreement by both parties.
